Objectives:
Through POSH, participants will be able to:
- Create awareness about what constitutes sexual harassment at the workplace, rights and responsibilities under the POSH Act, and how to report incidents safely and appropriately for all employees.
- Enable managers to recognize signs of inappropriate behaviour, respond sensitively to complaints, and create a safe, respectful, and inclusive team culture in line with the rules set by the POSH Act.
- Ensure senior leadership understands their role in championing a zero-tolerance policy, building a culture of respect, and ensuring institutional accountability for PoSH compliance.
- Empower Internal Committee members with the legal knowledge, investigative skills, and procedural sensitivity required to handle complaints fairly, confidentially, and in compliance with the PoSH Act.
