Swati holds a varied experience in the areas of Talent Development, Learning & Capability Framework Development, Behavioral Style Analysis, Performance Coaching/Consulting, and Succession Planning (Assessment and Development Centers). Over the years, she has worked in the L&D space with reputed companies like GE Capital International Services, Wipro BPO, Honda, RBS, Emerson, the Quatrro Group of Companies, the GMR Group (Airports sector), and the Mashreq Bank(Dubai), besides various other clients from the finance, insurance, telecom, banking, mortgage, collections, hospitality, manufacturing and IT/ITES industry.
She is also a POSH specialist and has been utilizing her expertise towards developing gender sensitization and organizational culture building initiatives in corporates.
A graduate in Spanish (Hons.) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Swati is a Certified Learning and Development Manager (Carlton Advanced Management Institute, U.S.A.), TA 101 certified (International Transactional Analysis Association, U.S.A.) and a certified Harrison Assessments consultant (Harrison Assessments India). In her pursuit to gain deeper understanding of humans functioning in the organizational context, Swati introduced herself to Transactional Analysis based Coaching (TA Works, UK), the Gestalt Therapy, and the concept of Appreciative Inquiry. Now a certified Appreciative Inquiry practitioner (Alchemy of OD, India).
Swati is also a DISC Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and Master Trainer, TTT (Facilitation Skills), along with being certified on the Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act 2013 from the Centre of Skill Development and Training(CSDT).
